What to know before we begin.
Who is the assessment for?
Established, growing businesses with meaningful operational complexity and a need for practical AI direction. We work across industries, with or without an existing IT team.
Do we need to know which AI tools we want?
No. We start with your business needs and review the tools you already use. Recommendations may involve existing capabilities, connecting systems, or adding tools where there is a clear reason.
Who carries out the assessment?
A Lead Assessor and a Forward Deployed Engineer work together. The Lead Assessor understands the business and identifies value. The engineer evaluates systems, data, integrations, and implementation pathways. Engineer participation may be remote or onsite, depending on the engagement.
Does the assessment include implementation?
Implementation is a separate engagement, quoted case by case following the assessment. The findings help define what to implement, the requirements, and the appropriate scope.
Can the scope or price change?
The standard assessment is $24,000. Scope and pricing may change only when organizational, regulatory, systems, multi-site, or complexity materially changes the standard engagement. Any adjustment is discussed and agreed upon before kickoff.
